Had a problem with the AC unit, was quickly fixed by Claudia Sanchez! Would definitely recommend her to solve the issues promptly
The facilities and common areas are nice and kept clean. Gardeners maintain the property regularly. No major maintenance issues to complain about other than the typical landlord special of multiple coats of paint. What concerns me most about living at Beverly Plaza is the amount of homelessness and drug abuse that goes on right across the street. Directly behind the Vons grocery store we regularly see individuals doing drugs, loitering, urinating and leaving a ridiculous amount of trash and discarded clothes on the street. I... read more
