Let's see why this place should be 0 stars. Says it's a no smoking property, constantly seeing people smoking right outside their front door. For a 2 bedroom you're paying $1400 and within the past two years, there has been a hit and run, a stabbing and constant cars getting hit from parked cars in a no parking area. There's people living outta their cars as well. I wouldn't have a problem with that if they weren't going through the garbage and leaving trash on the sidewalk. If I could give it Zero stars I would, this place is the last place you'd want to live. The management is horrible, always harassing us, and they're always trying to charge you for things they decided to do, ex: taking out the carpet in front of your door. If you need something fixed, do it yourself, maintenance never fixes it and if you're lucky enough to get a hold of them, you'd be waiting a couple months. Management is always claiming we never turned in pet companion paperwork, but it suddenly appeared in her file folder... read more
