Let's see why this place should be 0 stars. Says it's a no smoking property, constantly seeing people smoking right outside their front door. For a 2 bedroom you're paying $1400 and within the past two years, there has been a hit and run, a stabbing and constant cars getting hit from parked cars in a no parking area. There's people living outta their cars as well. I wouldn't have a problem with that if they weren't going through the garbage and leaving trash on the sidewalk.
