Very kind people but improper gel removal damaged my nails. An electric file was used to remove all of the polish which scratched and dented my nails. After removing the top coat with the file, my nails should've been soaked off with acetone. Instead, there's still flakes of base coat in some stops and my nails are extra sensitive. Had this not been the outcome, I would've given this place a 4/5.

Edit to add after their response: I have mentioned in my review several times how I paint my daughter’s nails ALL the time and they never chip like this, always last a week plus. Not LESS THAN 24 HOURS. A WASTE OF MONEY. She sits very still and has always had them done. Going to a nail salon shouldn’t be ANY different. And again they only painted 3/4 of her nails and I had to keep asking them to paint the whole thing. I did not want to leave a negative review, but after experiencing poor treatment here for the third time, I feel compelled to speak up. During our last visit, my daughter was treated noticeably differently from other customers. A staff member tossed the nail polish color palette onto the table, then left her waiting for 45 minutes while two other customers who arrived later were attended to immediately.
