So disappointed when I visited years ago, I gave them a 1* review Now, battling Parkinson's. Couldn't have asked for kinder, more conscientious treatment. Adding a pedicure to my therapeutic treatments.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like I have to this time. I’ve only visited this shop a few times over the past ten years, and I expected things to have improved — but unfortunately, they haven’t. The service is terrible. The staff has a bad attitude, and they don’t respond well to feedback. My toenails were uneven, and the polish looked patchy and faded. The shop is dirty, instruments were not in a sterilized pack, nobody spoke English. It was definitely not relaxing! I spent $111.00 gel manicure and pedicure!! Including tip. Two days later I notice two finger nails the polish is pulling away from the nail! Never again will they do my nails! Bad experience!!!
Nice clean place. Good price points. Wish they could get front desk personnel that could communicate better.
