I’m a nurse practitioner on the North Shore, and I recently had the opportunity to speak at a conference. Eileen’s hypnotherapy for public speaking helped me feel calm, confident, and prepared. I’m so grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking to ease speaking nerves.
Eileen was lovely and it was an enjoyable experience, so I feel badly leaving a negative review. However I feel it’s important to be honest, and it really did not live up to my expectations. To spend over $500 I expected to see some real results and unfortunately I haven’t. I did see an improvement in Diet Coke cravings, but I wouldn’t have spent that amount of money for just that no big improvements in sugar cravings or anxiety, sadly.
