Eileen was lovely and it was an enjoyable experience, so I feel badly leaving a negative review. However I feel it’s important to be honest, and it really did not live up to my expectations. To spend over $500 I expected to see some real results and unfortunately I haven’t. I did see an improvement in Diet Coke cravings, but I wouldn’t have spent that amount of money for just that no big improvements in sugar cravings or anxiety, sadly.
Eileen technique is exceptional !!! Her sessions have been life-changing. I can't thank her enough.
