The staff was nice but the hydra facial was sub par. Light as feather touch bc of hand, no extractions, no peel or mask portion, and the facialist barely moved the apparatus around my face (only touched a few spots, not the entire face - and again, so light I didn’t feel anything). She spent most of the shortened treatment time with an LED light that I could do at home. Just really disappointing and complete waste of time and money.

I called to make an appointment for Ultherapy, and while the woman I spoke with was polite, she asked for my credit card to hold the reservation with a $50 fee. I was apprehensive, but I agreed. Within minutes, I called back to cancel the appointment (which was scheduled for the next day). I asked if I would be charged since I had canceled almost immediately, and she told me yes. This place is just OK. I thought the staff could have been a bit better. Forced friendly. I also felt a bit judged when I went there. So I felt uncomfortable. I won’t be returning.

I had a wonderful experience with Sydney—my skin felt very smooth and glowy after the session. She was also great to talk to and made the appointment very enjoyable. I would love to come back again, either with Sydney or Stephanie. Thank you for the excellent service!
