I had a consultation scheduled - arrived early and on time. This office had no respect of my time. Waited for 30 mins with no update so I walked out. The person who was so to give me a consult saw me walked up to me and said “Hi let’s go!” No introduction and apology for running behind. Certainly not a good first impression to have confidence in a business to give me Botox! Nope! I will not be trusting them with my face.

By far, the best and most professional service from the person who greeted me when I walked in, to the person who did my botox. They're very experienced and perfect technique. No bruising and they take their time so you understand exactly what they're doing and the price. No surprises. I'm a new, loyal customer. Highly recommend them!

This was my second laser appointment, but like the first, I had to reschedule - this time because the tech was running late. I am frustrated because I came all the way from downtown both times for these appointment, only need to need to reschedule and come back again.
