I’ve actually been a customer/client with this establishment for many years. My mother went in there this morning to look at a very tiny little link that was bent and everyone was very rude… even the lady literally threw it across my mother on the glass shelf back to her when she wanted to call me about the pricing, which was definitely absurd. Maybe they should think about fixing their parking lot before giving outrageous pricing and being rude when nobody was even in the place. Poor bedside manner/customer service. I remov... read more
