I’ve actually been a customer/client with this establishment for many years. My mother went in there this morning to look at a very tiny little link that was bent and everyone was very rude… even the lady literally threw it across my mother on the glass shelf back to her when she wanted to call me about the pricing, which was definitely absurd. Please do not sell your jewelry to them. They will fool you with their sweet talking. They will not explain you how they are coming up with the prices. Their prices per gram are fixed irrespective of the gold prices for that day. Please pay attention to the receipt they give you. Few pieces of jewelry were missing from the receipt and when I mentioned to the owner John, rather than looking at the security camera recording and resolving it, he became very rude and disrespectful. Very unprofessional!
Staff and store is so pleasant! I recently moved to the area and I couldn’t be more happy that I found such a great little hidden gem! I had a few pieces fixed and it was done so quick. I definitely will be back again and I recommend everyone looking for honesty along with great quality to check and visit if you’re local or just in the area. You will not be disappointed.
