Great experience from start to finish. Ian answered all my questions clearly about the home energy and insulation options, and Brett was knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with during the visit. The whole appointment took about an hour and gave me a lot of useful information about improving comfort and energy efficiency in my home. Beverly Hills Services sent Ian and Brett for the insulation job, and the whole experience turned out much better than expected. There was some early confusion about the scope of work, but they quickly got on the same page and handled the old insulation removal and haul-away properly, including the extra service we paid for. I had Beverly Hills Services come out to look at improving our attic insulation and overall energy efficiency. Brett recommended removing the old insulation, air sealing the attic joints, installing covers over the light fixtures, and then blowing in new R-60 insulation.
