My mother-in-law from NYC was visiting and unfortunately left her hearing aid on in the shower. She was so distraught, I called around to four different places in the Los Angeles area (I live in Palos Verdes). BHHC's receptionist was so nice, she was the only one who said it might not have to be sent into Phonak factory, but may be the filter in the cone wiring. We drove up there, she changed the wiring right away, it worked and charged us a minimal amount. She saved my mother-in-law's vacation!
Very professional. No pressure to buy. Really knew their stuff. Offered most brands of hearing aids.
