I have been working with Lola Levoy and her staff for over 25 years and they are excellent, I highly recommend them.
My final escrow is closing late because the office was too backed up to respond to my lender’s request for certificate of final title protection (which they could have sent proactively) within 24 hours, and I had to play phone tag to troubleshoot when they did not respond.
