Throughout the entire process, they provided all necessary paperwork, explained every step & processes clearly, and kept me thoroughly informed so I never had to worry about a thing. I had a very disappointing experience with this escrow company. I sold my property two months ago, and even though the transaction has already closed, they still did not properly complete their responsibilities. I continue to receive emails and mail related to the previous HOA, which has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. During the selling process, their lack of communication and delays also created additional problems and contributed to delays in completing the sale. BEWARE!!! Escrow company wired funds without permission and is being investigated now. I would highly suggest using any other escrow company that is ethical and keeps fiduciary duties.

I had a very disappointing experience with Beverly Hills Escrow. They caused significant delays in what was supposed to be a straightforward cash sale. Communication was poor, and I constantly had to follow up for updates. The most frustrating part was that I ended up doing much of their job myself. I had to contact the HOA to obtain required documents and gather several other documents that the escrow company should have coordinated.
