I was referred to Dr Ehsan Ali (Beverly Hills Concierge Doctor) by several friends of mine. I was in need of a good primary care doctor in Beverly Hills. I am glad I was referred and now I understand why everyone I know sees him. He is always attentive and easily available for appointment. His PA’s are also available for same day appointments which is so convenient and appointments always start on time.

I was disappointed with my experience. The doctor never followed up on my lab results or provided any recommendations. Instead, I received the results from someone in the office without any explanation. I called the office multiple times to discuss my results, but no one responded to my calls. Eventually, I received an email saying that if I wanted to discuss the results, I would need to schedule another appointment with the doctor. Incredibly thorough and comprehensive care. Very collaborative with our providers and get patient scheduled and seen quickly.
