I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Dr. Ali’s office regarding my 86-year-old aunt’s care. My aunt is medically fragile and has serious medical conditions, including leukemia, heart failure, scoliosis, and high blood pressure. She was recently hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai for serious GI/internal bleeding concerns, including black stools, no energy, and pale. Courteous staff welcomed me as soon as I arrived. After checking in, I was promptly escorted to the exam room, and my wait was minimal.
