Beverly Hills BMW is excellent customer service, and my family agrees that BMW Seattle is perhaps the best in service and sales. Mr. Azzam is outstanding is the best in sales. Mr. Toufie made everything easy, fast, and transparent. I would return to Beverly Hills BMW.

Customer service questionable no returning call . I have on o going problem and 5 1/2 and still not resolved and every time I call same thing we will fix it and call you back but no call back just like must dealership after they make the sale they forgot the customer they don't think that a happy customers they comeback they also recommend new business.
I got a flat tire and needed to get a loaner for transportation. These people always have an excuse to give out a loaner. What kind of service you provide that for cases of emergency you don't have loaners available? Not only that, they also crashed my previous BMW in this exact same location. Everyone here seems like they swallowed a recording machine all of them saying the same thing. Are we supposed to get premium service for what we pay? This BMW service is the worst of the worst.
