Lousy service. You rent a car online, go to pick it up on time, and they refuse to rent to you because you didn't call and tell them your coming. Isn't that why when you rent online you say when your coming to pick up the car, when your going to bring the car back, etc. At the very least you would put in your website that it is a policy to do that.
