UPDATE: ONE DAY LATER: I received a very nice phone call from Victor, the pharmacy owner. Not to go into great detail but we're all good at this point in time. YESTERDAYS POST: I transferred all my medications to this pharmacy because CVS was horrible. There have been issues over the past few years but I have tolerated them because no matter how bad they were they were much better than CVS. I love their system! My doctor referred me to them and I love how it is a quick and easy delivery. They are very responsive to text messaging to arrange a time to drop off as well.
I wish I could fill all of my prescriptions here. It's such a complete opposite experience from the big pharmacies. The staff is lovely, they know how to communicate, and they really care about working with your dr office (and insurance) to make things happen quickly and efficiently.
There’s nothing worse than standing in line at a pharmacy and then being told there’s a problem with your prescription 😩 This pharmacy makes it so much easier. They communicate every step of the process by text (including insurance delays), make pricing information clear, and deliver to your door for free! Bye CVS ✌️
My doctor sent in prescriptions to this pharmacy because he said they would actually try to get me a newer medication, rather than CVS. And he was right! The prices of my medications here have been comparable or cheaper to CVS, and it’s easy to reach them by text. And the shipping is quick and free. I’ll definitely be getting my medications here from now on!
