Jim was highly professional, polite, and neat. He was able to perform the services needed in tight spaces and did measure, assess, remeasure, and reassess prior to performing the work. It was not entirely clear that our house was configured to make it easy for Jim. He showed how much of a professional he was. At the completion of the work, Jim showed me how to replace the bulb if needed and what precautions should be taken prior to replacing the bulb viz. a viz. using protective bulbs and turning off the switch. We had a new hot water tank installed. Scott was the leader of the team. The installation went very smoothly. Scott is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The basement was left spotless after the installation. We were very pleased with the entire installation and especially with Scott.

Beverly Heating & Cooling has always given us good service. This visit wasn’t an emergency but they had someone out in 2 hours and communicated very well about when the technician would be here for service. They are always polite and helpful!! Thanks!

I want to acknowledge David H***** for the wonderful job he did installing my new furnace. It was very upsetting to need a new furnace during the Christmas holiday but he was very upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job and cleaned up the mess when he was done. He answered all my questions and completed the job must faster than I anticipated. Great Job David!!!

Brandon B. was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He listened to the problem I described and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. Did not try to sell me any unnecessary Services. Would definitely recommend him and would request him myself again.

After having some sewer issues. My home warranty sent a request to have Beverly Services come out and snake my sewer. John C came out and took a look and snaked the sewer. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. (Believe me, I had a lot) he is skilled at what he does. I am very happy with the customer service and how he treated me. Would call them even when it's not through my warranty.

I'd like to recognize John C******* for the superior service he provided to me during recent visits to install a new faucet in my shower. On the first visit, John diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts. On his second visit, John began the installation which was more complicated than one would imagine. A larger hole had to be cut in the bedroom wall to provide access to the area needed for the installation. This cut was made with precision. Wow. What a great company. After 2-3 times of having Justin P. do work at my home, I became sold on both Beverly Services and Justin.
