I have never experience such a horrible encounter as I did with Beverly Hadley. Her delivery is very condescending. She is a one stop shop and doesn't appear to be competent in any area from admissions to explaining services. I arrived 15 minutes early only To have to sit in my car until the exact moment of my appointment. The office was extremely cold and when I mentioned it, Hadley responded with it's not that cold outside. I have been calling this office for a month now , since I been told this is my location for dental service . No one ever answer the phone when I call during open hours. I actually rode by there today during the time online says open and no one was there ! Very inconvenient…!!! & highly disappointed!!
I have been trying to get a live person for 2 weeks to book an appointment as a new client and no one has answered the phone at all not one time. Also I sent a request online for an appointment and no response to that either. Horrible service
Beverly Hadley is an Amazing and professional dentist. Has been my dentist since a child . I’m looking forward to my next visits and refuse to go elsewhere ❤️
