If you live in an RV don't move here. They intend to evict all RVs. There are many elderly, disabled and veterans living here. They only care about the rent. No amenities. No customer care.
I love it here..we have been here over a month and are enjoying living here.It is close to shopping,restaurants and has beautiful trees.They are very pet friendly here and the neighbors are quiet and nice.

I've rented here for several years, and i'm quite happy with the place.
We needed a spot and they had the perfect spot for us. Lots of shade, near a creek and a quiet neighbor. They are working on making improvements and we are hoping to help!
Water delivery from American Water Man Just called checking on prices and let me tell you these people are way out of line with the other companies they asked for $110 on a 2000 gal. delivery just to Chino. The others in the area are running around $75 so if your wanting water I suggest you call around first but there prices are just rediculous.
THE WORST TRAILER AND RV PARK BAD MANGEMENT AND OWNER THE LITTLE OLD LADIES THAT LIVE AND WORK HERE ARE HATEFUL THEY GET UP IN TENENTS FACES EGGIN ON FIGHTS.THE PARK IS FULL OF JUNKIES AND ALCHOLICS THIS PLACE IS A SCUMB BAG PARK I WOULDNT EVEN WANT MY DOG TO LIVE HERE. I HERE FIGHTS ALL THE TIME EITHER TENTENTS OR MANAGEMENT WITH MANAGEMENT YELLING AS LOUD AS THET CAN CURSING AT TENTENT INSTEED OF PROFESSIONALY WRITING A LETTER OR TALKING IN THE OFFICE.THIS IS A WORST CASE SENERIO PLACE.DONT LIVE OR VISIT TRUST ME VERY DISA... read more
