What an incredible experience! Starting with check-in. Ashna was polite, courteous and friendly. My work-up tech, Brooke, is always full of life, smiling, happy, professional and makes you feel welcomed. I told her today that her smile and kindness was great medicine for my soul. I was newly diagnosed with kidney disease, I seen Dr deliz a couple times and I felt like l absolutely got no education at all about my disease and it was new to me. I asked to be transferred to another doctor in her field, but I was denied and was told Dr Deliz no longer wanted me as a patient. With that being said I am in no way saying Dr deliz is a bad doctor, what I'm saying is I felt like I received no information about the disease at all to me she felt like it was like okay let's just wait till it goes to dialysis.
