Beverly needs to retire. She is unprofessional, she does not answer or return calls and she completely forgets important information needed for court. She is not aggressive at all or proactive and she will require you do most of the work while secretly billing you for every little detail. She does not prepare her clients for court and will try to cram client prep 5 minutes before you appear in court. Please seek assistance elsewhere. She is a nice lady but is very week in her profession. Upon me hiring her, I informed colleagues and professionals in the legal system that she was my attorney. Those who knew of her laughed and pitied me. I had to do tons of ground work myself with no guidance. Beverly Poole is a careing, honest, very hard working attorney. She goes the extra mile. Beverly returns calls in a timely mannor, and she is awesome in the court room. I would definitely hire Beverly Poole again for any legal counsel.
