Landlord not responsive. Only responds after constantly emailing and reminding. Building itself is ok and clean, very small for the price.

I truly enjoyed my few months stay at the Beverly Court Apartments. I had moved from one airbnb to another in an attempt to find a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to live for a short but somewhat indefinite amount of time. When I finally found these apartments, which are far more than the ordinary apartments, I found everything I was looking for and much more. I've lived here since Feb 1/2016. The building is great, the owners/managers are great people, and I love my apartment. I won't lie, there are two things that are minor nuisances: parking (which is every person for themselves, but the city does issue residents free parking permits), and the showers are a little on the cozy side. But, there's a seemingly unending supply of hot water, and good pressure. I'm exceedingly happy here, and whole-heartedly recommend it.
