Shelly Burnett is absolutely amazing! She helped me find the perfect home and offered her assistance with the sale of mine. She went above and beyond during the whole process and was always available to answer all my questions. I have never met anyone as kind as Shelly, she really is the best! I highly recommend her!
The trash from cleaning out one of Beverly’s properties she’s selling was dumped on my father’s residential property on the other side of Springfield. Beverly has been uncooperative in resolving or taking responsibility for this illegal dumping. Currently considering taking legal action. I would not do business with her. She’s clearly only concerned about her own interest — can’t even be bothered to spend a measly amount to resolve this issue.
