Very professional. Listen to my concerns and offered options to fit my situation
I've seen Dr. Bishop, both at the Grand Prairie and Cedar Hill offices, for many years now. As a diabetic, it's important for me to get an annual eye exam, preferably by an ophthalmologist (medical doctor) rather than an optometrist. She and her office staff have always treated me with respect and dignity, and I am grateful for their care and attention.
