I went to see Beverley at the end of 2021 and I am just now in 2023 speaking out about my experience that made me abruptly end our weekly sessions. I can't believe she is still practicing. I just saw her come up on a list and see the other complaints so similar to my own at the time.
This is an edited post and if I could give 0 stars, I would. At first she seemed helpful - she recommended some books and had some advice about attachment styles. Then once it was apparent to my ex that divorce was inevitable he tried to control the narrative by meeting with her alone, which he succeeded at multiple times. He also succeeded in getting her to write a completely biased and subjective report for the court where she even had the audacity to mention how finances should be split (how is that any of her business, a... read more
She helped me through a terrible codependent marriage with an alcoholic. We are butch healthy and happy now and without her guidance and support I wouldn’t have made it through that.
