We had our roof replaced last year. We noticed a leak in April. They sent out a young guy (early 20s) who says he found the caulking around the chimney so cracked he could run a knife blade through it. Showing this was not done during install. He caulked it and left. They thought they were done. We had to request them send out someone to repair the water damage. They sent the same guy and someone even younger. Tell Steven that he needs to quit intimidating other roofers to leave the neighborhood, because he's putting a roof up in our neighborhood. It's a free market and we get to choose who we want to install roofs, not this guy. Both my next-door neighbor and I went with another company because of Steven's behavior. Tell him his irrational behavior will not be tolerated here, or any other neighborhood.

We recently had our roof replaced by Beveridge Roofing & Construction, and the entire experience was very positive from start to finish.
