I purchased a part from you and didn’t purchase the “Warranty “. I went to install the part and realized I had pulled the wrong part. The one I needed was longer than the One I got. So I returned the part the very next day. I had to buy another part. Less than 24 hours. There isn’t a parts store on the face of the earth that wouldn’t exchange it for the correct one at no charge. But don’t worry I would drive as far as I need to before I would every step foot in your store again.

extremely rude manager who refused to help me on same-day exchange. literally only an hour away from the store and no one can help me even though it's the same people who bid me a good day on the way out. all over a $25 part I even offered to go put back on said vehicle! apparently, $25 is worth more than the hundreds I have already spent with them! poor business practices!

Well. They didn’t have what I needed! Not even close as far as model and year so I threw 2$ away! But it was only 2 dollars. They had a lot of inventory but they just didn’t have the two cars I was looking for. I would try them again.
Very helpful staff and I have been able to get parts for my stepdaughter's Ford Fusion at an amazing price!
