Nice building
I have so much to say, I don't even know where to begin. I lived here for almost 2 years. First of all, the building staff (concierges and porters) are all really nice! They are friendly and say hello. The superintendent is difficult to deal with, he's not the nicest. The previous residents had left their dual washer/dryer for me (without discussing it with me) which would've been nice if they hadn't lied to the super and told him it worked. lived here for years and the way building management handles allowing unauthorized people in the building is insane. $4,200 in rent a month but they let members of the public totally commandeer the gym and shared spaces. people who don’t pay rent AT ALL i will not take this post down until this is resolved. the building is not secure. staff just let the tenants off “with a warning” and don’t call authorities to vacate them off the premises. i’ve already threatened to withhold rent. it makes no sense to pay for a “secure” doo... read more
