I get woken up by extremely loud construction noise from across the street every morning at 7am. It goes until 5pm. The broker said they were done with the drilling and loud part. Management never responds, or takes a whole week. Also, they blast the heat in the hallways so I need to open my windows for it to not be 80 degrees in my room. But then, I am directly exposed to the construction noise! Electricity bill is very high. Even if I have the thermostat on only when I sleep, it’s $300 a month.
Goose Management is horrible. They are on vacation most days of the year and barely respond to anything, even when my fob key was not working due to their system error. The staff is good but the management is terrible.
Horrible brokers. The worst. I moved in the summer of last year, now reaching the end of my lease. Noise is bad. When I toured the apartment before move-in - I specifically asked one of the brokers, Sara, if there was construction was happening. She lied and waved it off like it was nothing serious, also lied about the unit having a kitchen hood. At the time I was running out of time so I moved in, but never compensated for the broker’s lack of responsibility and incompetence. You can complain to management all you want and ... read more

Others reviews already pointed out the noise issues. The management company (Goose management) is unbelievably difficult to work with and will nickel and dime you every little thing. Some examples: - doing a full laundry load was 7 dollars. Machines are small so you’ll likely have to do several loads - they wanted us to pay 100 dollars to verify with our mortgage company that we paid rent on time - a week before moving in, they notified us the unit was not ready to be moved in and they needed a couple days to prepare the uni... read more
