Corporate greed - BEWARE! I recently applied for and was accepted to a 1bd floor plan. I elected to live somewhere else that better suited what I was looking for. However, immediately after approval I was charged a $250 "holding fee" that was later disclosed to be nonrefundable despite the fact that I didn't sign a lease yet.
After I move out: They just steal all the deposit and return nothing back and ask me to pay additional fee. And the reason for me to give a 4 star is because when I live there, I am really afraid they do something on me if I am giving a 1 start review. But the review content won't be changed. The only positive thing I can say about this property is the location, other than that nothing good. The management staff is incompetent and liars. We referred 3 separate people to move in apart of the buildings referral program. The management staff lost all 3 referrals, and then found them right before we were moving out. We never got the money for referring people after following up with management staff for 3 months.
