Bevan is very smart, goal driven, punctual, and perseveres through construction headaches. He has fixed messes other agents have made by overpricing and backing out. He is compassionate! One of his clients was going to be homeless and Bevan had him stay in his extra rental for free until the client could make the transition from northern Utah.
