Much of what Bev Powell told us was not accurate and it cost us thousands. She told us lawn décor that was screwed to the fence and the safety fence around the pool heater that was screwed to the fence did not have to be written in the offer however when the seller took them she did not represent us or make any attempt to make thing right.
