Wow! Where do I even begin? This has truly been the best experience I’ve ever had getting my hair braided. She was incredibly attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and not in any pain throughout the process. Her space was very clean, and her braiding skills were exceptional. I have had the pleasure of getting my hair done twice with Mrs. Kay and I absolutely enjoy my service!!! My hair is ALWAYS beautiful and the customer service is on point! I am so thankful to finally have found a great hair braider.... I am locked in!

Excellent service. This was my first time getting braids. Kay was very patient, she answered all of my questions about how to wash and care for my braids, and the installation process was peaceful, and it felt like the time went by quickly. The entire process took around 4-5 hours.

I am pleased with Ms. Kay's braiding services. The braids are neat and the are firmly installed, but not uncomfortably tight. She calls a few days after the braids are done to make sure you are still happy with the service. This is what great service looks like

Mrs. Kay was awesome! This was my first time getting my braids done professionally and I was nervous as I'm very tender-headed, but it was such an easy and smooth experience. She contacts you before to confirm what you're looking for, how to prepare, and how much time to expect. She asks about your allergies and sensitivities as well.
