We found a tiny kitten no more then 5 weeks old on July 4th. It had matted eyes and lots of nasal congestion along with being malnourished. My daughter called around and took him to the only vet available the following Monday. They diagnosed him with malnourished and eye infection and gave a eye ointment. After 10 days he was not getting any better I called the vet back and they advised to give ointment some more. Again he was not getting any better. DVM Katie and Tech Barbara at Betz are amazing! After my sweet boy had a terrible experience elsewhere I decided to make a switch. I recently adopted a foster puppy who was assigned to Betz for his neutering. I was so impressed with their professionalism, bedside manners and love for their patients I decided to switch my 1 1/2 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback to Betz as well. Dr. Churchill is awesome. She has been super patient with me and throughly answered all of my questions. She has even personally called me at 9pm with a baby in the background. I believe her care is genuine and if that's what you're looking for in veterinary medicine she is a great choice. My dog had an extremely perplexing problem. I honestly thought it was time. But Dr Churchill kept going and found the solution. My baby is now back to normal and of course manipulating us once again. kudos.
The staff is Phenomenal. Was a new patient, in a crisis with my dog. They were concerned about My dog, me and my budget. Did not upsell to prey on my emotions. Gave me great advice and now my pup is resting nicely at home. Thank you so much Dr. Betz and Dr. Katie. I am a patient for life. Thank you all for working during this pandemic and making us and our pets feel at ease.
