Don’t bother with this practice unless you are willing to pay the $3000 a year fee for MDVIP (that’s in addition to your regular insurance). He has moved to concierge care only starting in October. I’ve been going here for years and genuinely like Dr. Betz and felt I received good care but will be looking for another doctor and requesting all my medical records next week.
Front desk person cancelled my appointment while I showed up on time. There’s a million GP’s out there, pick a different one.
As a new patient, the experience was shocking. Don’t expect any warm greeting or positive patient care experience here. You are just an inconvenience for the staff. I won’t be returning.

Today it was my first visit with Dr. Gary Betz and I was very impressed with the time he took to listen to me, answered all of my questions, welcomed me to his practice. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating and I am extremely happy that I chose him as my primary care doctor.
