Steve came out for a second opinion on our AC unit/ Furnace needing to be replaced and let us know that the original quote we received was way off and that our unit was fine. Will be switching to Betz for all HVAC needs going forward!
I had the pleasure of working with Tom, Steve (and his son), Rose and Pete and I can’t say enough good things about how professional, kind and caring they were throughout diagnostics and fixing a leak on a really hot day. My HVAC system has been a roller coaster since the get-go and they not only found the leak, but saved me from another potential, much more costly replacement. Thank you for everything.
We had AC issues for over a year and brought in 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinions to try and figure out the issue. Everyone kept telling us it was working as it should, but something was not working as it should given that the temps would reach 80 degrees with the thermostat set at 70.
