HONEST - EFFICIENT - PROFESSIONAL— COST EFFECTIVE. If I could give them a 10 I would. I called them to order a new hot water heater because another company told me I needed one. Instead of just ordering and fulfilling the request, they requested to come and do an evaluation. They were great at scheduling conveniently. The tech arrived promptly. Steve came out for a second opinion on our AC unit/ Furnace needing to be replaced and let us know that the original quote we received was way off and that our unit was fine. Will be switching to Betz for all HVAC needs going forward!

He truly went ABOVE and beyond in trying to trouble shoot this problem. They ha... read more
I highly recommend Betz Heating, Cooling, and Water Treatment. My recent experience with them was excellent from start to finish. The technician was highly informative and arrived exactly on time. They went completely above and beyond by taking the initiative to check if our parts were still covered under warranty—a step they were not obligated to take, but one that saved us both time and money. On top of their outstanding service, the... read more
