My wife and I enjoyed an excellent meal at Betula. The food, drinks, and service were all superb. What a wonderful and memorable experience we had. As visitors to Aspen, we felt very much at home and will recommend the cuisine and hospitality to everyone

An incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a level of attention to detail that truly makes a difference. We live in Aspen in the summer and somehow had never made it to Betula. So we were excited to go and take our friends when they came to town. The food was good but the service was rushed, rude and ignored. We were quite surprised and disappointed. To top it off there was a pop up jewelry stand peddling diamonds giving the atmosphere a flea market vibe.
