We live in Aspen in the summer and somehow had never made it to Betula. So we were excited to go and take our friends when they came to town. The food was good but the service was rushed, rude and ignored. We were quite surprised and disappointed. To top it off there was a pop up jewelry stand peddling diamonds giving the atmosphere a flea market vibe.
Everything was absolutely wonderful & the attention to detail was outstanding. Lovely evening, staff was very accommodating. Highly recommended **
