If I didn't have to add a star to make a review you wouldn't even get that!! I had to be away for my 12 yr olds birthday but told her to look foward to a surprise when she got home. This was Monday March 7th. I ordered the large bear and paid for the deluxe package balloons and all. After the delivery was not made and at the time was not given the local florist number I called back flower delivery express who gave me a bunch of apologies said the order would be upgraded and delivered fist thing the next day. DO NOT order from here . charged my account 3 times and the boutonniere was half dead when delivered. THEY'RE CHEAP FOR A REASON
