Betty is so kind and has excellent customer service. The waiting area and waxing area are clean and well air conditioned - such a welcome relief in the summer heat! Betty does amazing wax jobs and pays attention to the tiniest details. She was able to help one of my eyebrows grow more shape to match the other - something a wax technician has never tried to do before!
