First let me say that Bill did refund my money. He is the rudest and most ignorant person I have ever come across in a customer service based company. He says he's been in the business for 40 years, but still does not know how to open an attachment in a text on his phone. He screwed up the card royally and then tried to blame it on me and used every cuss word in the book when talking to me on the phone.
