Placed an order for a gift in plenty of time from when I needed it. Never heard a thing from them for weeks. Finally I emailed them and was told it was on back order. It would have been nice to know that. Had I known I would have cancelled the order because the party is today, the gift still isn't here, I had to run out last night and buy something else...and now I will have to pay shipping to send it back. I wouldn't say they have poor customer service...I would say they have no customer service.
