Horrible company! Placed order for Christmas and paid for Rush delivery. Not only did they only ship half the order, when I called to inquire why the other items weren’t shipped the response was “those items are no longer available”. So how come I wasn’t notified? They MAILED A LETTER informing me of the non-availability. Seriously??? No email, but a snail mail letter in this day and age? Will never order from them again. I suggest you all do the same.
This company is horrible to deal with. I placed an order on Nov. 3rd 2019 it is now Dec. 6th and I have received NO information about the status. I have called twice and the first call the person indicated that the item would arrive Dec. 2nd. I just called again to find out the status and now the item is not due until mid Dec. And the customer service rep was condescending and a jerk. This is it for me. I'm back to amazon where I get updated information and delivery immediately.
Ordered item which was a videio received a calander instead I will not ship back, as it is to expensive to do so, I have enough invested in item already, I just will not ever shop their again and will request my credit card company that I am contesting my bill
