I Recently Had A Full Body Skin Assessment With Dr. Betty Wong, And Unfortunately, It Was A Disappointing Experience. The Entire Appointment Lasted Maybe 10 Minutes. Dr. Wong Was In And Out Quickly, Not Personable At All, And Didn’t Explain Anything She Was Doing. She Simply Took Off My Gown And Lifted It Up To Check My Skin Without Saying Something Like, “I’m Going To Examine This Area Now,” Which Made The Experience Feel Abrupt And Uncomfortable. I've been seeing dermatologists for over 15 years, and Dr. Kong is the best. She's the only doctor who's actually ever helped me with my issue. The staff, as well, goes above and beyond!

I guess I should have checked these reviews first... Dr. Kong is very stubborn with her diagnoses and not open to discussion/alternatives related to YOUR treatment... I had minor folliculitis of my scalp that progressed into large infected hair follicles (almost like acne) resulting in large bald spots. I have been on a low dose antibiotic for well over 10 years which Dr Kong was unwilling to continue. I would not recommend Dr. Kong based on my visits with her. Not only does she seem extremely rushed when she sees you, but she doesn't address severe issues in a timely manner. I had severe eczema that quickly escalated and covered my entire body except for my face. It was so bad that I was unable to sleep at night without taking an antihistamine.
