Dr. Liu was my primary care Dr. for about 8 years and the entire time the office she works in was incredibly difficult to communicate with and get basic needs accomplished. When I tried to schedule an appointment it was always told she couldn’t see me for atleast 2 weeks- a month so I inevitably would go to Urgent care and get a majority of my primary care.
