Betty knows her business and is a shrewd negotiator.
Worst realtor I have ever dealt with. She deserves her license to be suspended or revoked. She and the people she worked with to sell a house tried to keep my earnest money deposit. The only reason why I received it back was because I threatened legal action against her, the sellers, and the broker. Super unresponsive and tried to delay the return as long as possible. Formal complaint with the Virginia real estate board is the best route for her actions.
Betty is one of the worst property managers I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Ineffective addressing issues with her tenants, allows Section 8 tenants to wreak havoc on communities, unresponsive, and cannot be entrusted to properly manage properties. If she offered free services it would still cost too much. Find someone else!
