Holy LORD please get some shades or something on those windows, never felt anything like the evening sun shining in that place. Straight up scorching death beam direct sun absolutely cooking the whole inside of that place. Sweltering hot in there. Nice crew and good ice cream but wait until the suns down if you're heading here.
I’m always looking for local ice cream shops to try and got to try Betty Rae’s while visiting this weekend! My husband and I tried Cereal & Milk, Cookies & Cream and S’mores. My favorite was S’mores and least favorite was Cereal & Milk. The cereal pieces were soft and soggy. The ice cream needed more of a crunch from those pieces. To keep with the many homemade ingredients of so many of the flavors, I would skip out on Cookies & Cream next time.
