Listen, I ate here 3 weeks ago and I’m still telling people how good the food was.
The roast was slamming!
We paid $91 for 3 plates with drinks and 3 desserts, so I really wanted the food to be worth it. The country fried steak was hard and swimming in chicken juice. It wasn’t even remotely close to gravy. The white rice was okay, but the fried green tomatoes were extremely greasy with barely any breading. The food was good. It was not what I ordered but by the time I made it home it was too late. They got one plate right but did not include the dessert or the corn bread. At $40+ I wasn’t happy but we are in town visiting and wasn’t worth the drive back to fix it. I should have checked the bag before I left. But it also should have just been right at $40+ for two plates.
