Absolutely unprofessional experience. The psychologist was rude, impatient, and completely dismissive. She didn’t listen or show any empathy throughout the session — it felt like she just wanted to get it over with. I wish there was an option to give zero stars. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone looking for real help or understanding.

I recently thought of Betty as I had been reflecting lately on my 20’s. I’m now a young woman in my 30’s and I still recall, and appreciate my time in Betty’s office during my younger adult years. I saw her weekly, and then a couple of times a month. I distinctly remember Betty urging me to consider that as I had grown in my confidence and re-established a healthier relationship with past issues, that it would be unnecessary to see her as frequently. I had a horrific experience with Betty. She unfortunately played a very brief role in my divorce proceedings. She did her very best to put the father in positive terms, going as far as blatantly lying to try to make me look like a bad mother. Betty wrote that I had spent 3 nights in jail when in fact I have never once spent any night in jail.
