She was straightforward and presented a good marketing strategy. She actually sold my home twice, but unfortunately it fell out of escrow the first time due to the buyers falling out of escrow on the sale of their home.
Harassed, stalked, threatened and intimidated my old landlord and my old neighbors. Ms. Kerr does not stop, she started in October and continued until February. Apparently she told them she was “giving documents”. She is very persistent.
Betty kerr is professional and knows how to handle what ever happens unfortunately we were unable to move forward with selling but if a time arises in the future I would try using her again!
