Dr. Murray is my primary physician and I couldn’t be more thankful. She is thorough and very knowledgeable. She promptly provides me with relevant referrals and shows great concern for my health.
I have several pain management issues and require much more attention than most patients. I’ve had zero issues and she also listens to what I need to tell her. I like her
I met with Dr. Betty Murray for the first time yesterday, March 21, 2024. I had 4 health issues to discuss and I appreciated the time she spent with me and her willingness to listen to me. She suggested scheduling an appt with a gastro specialist to address a long term acid reflux issue. My previous doctor (Kaiser) rarely addressed my issues or heard me. Dr. Murray scheduled a follow up in a month. I finally feel like I have a primary physician!!
Not responsive and aloof
Dr. Murray is new to me as my other Dr left Mercy. I felt she was 100% genuine, caring and knowledgeable... And she was the first Dr I have had since Dr. Bigler retired to genuinely show a concern for my chronic pain. And I can tell you is been years since a Mercy Dr. Has Shown me this concern... She even helped me out with a sleep problem I started having when I was out of town working night shifts for the first time in years... Truly compassionate. Laura England
