Always Slow or Busy! I have been to this salon once and tried 3 times before that to get a haircut. Let me explain. They are eithier to busy and arent able to even tell you they are too busy or they are slow and they ignore you when you come in. I did manage to get in one time and they did an okay job. I wont be having my hair cut there again.
