I had the best experience with the nurses at Springfield mercy Nicu after being transferred from Lebanon mercy with a traumatic experience the nurses at this facility made all the difference I commend them and compliment them for their passion at work and true desire to help parents thru a tough emotional time . I had to stay here with my daughter for a while and everyone on her team is absolutely wonderful! Becca is such an awesome nurse! Detailed support knowledgeable she really helped me alot while i was there and i was confident by the time to go home came around!
